On Room by Room they had a product (tips at the end of the show) to dip tools in to coat them with a protective rubber (?) coating. I'm trying to find the name of this paint/solution so I can protect some of my new tools.

Thank you

I can't remember the name of it but most hardware stores carry it. I use to have a can of it myself. It comes in several colors.

Didn't see the show, however you might try www.plasti-cote.com. Also loctite has a product called; color guard.
