My door got kicked in and they broke the door jamb. I went and called a contractor to fix my door they said it would cost quite abit. So I got on the web and found a product out there called kwikjam it said it fixes door jambs. So I order it. And it work great I painted it to the color of my door. It was alot cheaper than having someone fix it I did it myself. Check out there website at www.kwikjam.com

Before you buy compare products. StrikeMaster II at http://asafehome.net/ worked for me and went on in 20 minutes. I didn't have to pull the door frame apart either and you can't even tell it's there. I kicked it hard as a test. It's not going anywhere again. Easy Do-It-Yourself project.

Yes I have seen this product but I have have one question...
They (Strikemaster) claim to guarantee that an intruder can not kick in the door protected with their product. I spent many years in the private security field and there is NO such thing as a guarantee that any product cannot be compromised.

Be aware of any product guarantee like this..

Ask for a copy of the guarantee policy because it is probably no more than a $200.00 payback if you (the customer) is not satisfied.

Are you happy with a bogus claim such as this one by Strikemaster. What else might not be as it seems

Over 10,000 DIY installations (according to the inventor) and not one has failed yet. Invent1 don't throw stones when it's not necessary. Both products fix the problem of door frame weakness. Strikemaster is just easier to install and yes does come with a guarantee. The quarantee is up to $250 for the deductable on your homeowners policy should the product fail - it's stated clearly on the website - front and center.
