I am going to build a house in the Florida Panhandle. It will be on concrete piling. I have a design and engineering drawings. I am looking for a modular construction company that is interested in bidding on the house.

Does anyone have any ideas as to who to speak with?

There is a company out of Florida tha has done houses on piers.I've goten info from them for a friend of mine that lives in Citris county. I'll try to find it, it seems like it was palm horbor homes.
