Does anyone out there have much experience using this tool system? Sorry, I meant anyone not selling or associated with the manufacture of them. I have read the testimonals and talked to sales reps but wondered if anyone had real life experience working with it. How was it for plunge cuts, etc. vs just basic flush cuts and sanding? Do the blades last at all? They are highly expensive and don't look overly tough. Any thoughts let me know. Thanks.

What exactly is the tool your asking about. They make several tool systems.

Fein makes some real good power tools, however this sanding system/cutting system/do all system is ok as long as your not planning to use it as a commercial type machine. Its fine (no pun intended) with smaller projects, while it will do everything it says. It simply does not have the power to rely on when doing commercial type of work. That said; remember that some tools that claim to do many things only do many things ok but not great. If you need a certain type of cutter or sander its best to purchase the tool that simply does just that and only that. I have a similar sanding tool that has the iron shaped tip. Works fine for the tiny corners I need to get into, but goes through lots of paper real fast. Getting the paper for this tool is also difficult as I have to go to the place in which I purchased it. As most home centers do not handle that brand type. So its more then just the tool it is the supplies to keep it running.
Hope this helps.
