I was wondering if anyone has a review or any feedback on the new "Escapes" product from Trex. I like the way it looks (online), and I like the EON decking as well. Any input on either product? Would you recommend either of those? Thanks for your input!

Very expensive. Requires proper spaceing of joists and correct fasteners. Regardless of what they say. All of these products stain if not kept clean.

So, would you recommend the Trex Escapes, if cost was not an issue? Or do you have a composite/wood alternative recommendation, and why do you prefer it? Thanks!

All deck materials require some sort of maintenance. Basic treated wood needs to be sealed every few years. the composit materials look great, but again staining is a real issue with them.
I would put a hardwood deck down. Such T&G Mohogany. It can be stained nicely, and light color railings really make the deck look great. But again you need to keep the deck properly sealed from the weather to keep it looking nice.
So the basic answer is all decks require proper service. The only real issue with the man made stuff is how much service it requires, and how much time your willing to spend on this service.
My personal prefrence are hardwood decks which have been around for a very long time which also should tell you how they perform. I have seen some of these man made decks that look great after many years, and many as well that look real ugly. And all of it has to do with the owner keeping it clean and properly sealed when necessary.
