Spring is here and you have the smell of your fireplace in your home. Had your chimney swept and it still smells? Spring rains can leave water trickling down your chimneys flue. As the water drips down it brings soot smell with it. Even if you have a cap on your chimney rain can still get in. In the summer time when it's humid outside and you airconditioner is on it can pull in air through your chimney bringing the smell with it. There is a fireplace deodorant available and it works.
