Hello - I bought an lg dehumidifier which has work great for about 1 year. I stopped using it for about 5 months and yesterday I start it up again. Everything sounds right -- I have extreme high humidity in my basement (dealing with water issues). The machine says HI humidity and within 1 hour - it has humidity @ 35% but it collects NO water. I cleaned the filter but same result. Any ideas?? Thanks a bunch for the help. - Matt
