I replaced the PVC tubing for our non-softened water supply line and discovered that the black coating on the underside of the sink is flaking off. I found small flakes in the dishes that are stored under the sink (we have a heat vent that runs under the cabinet so yu wouldn't want the garbage there. I've had tuppoerware type items under there since my children were very small).
Any ideas on how to secure this stuff or add something to keep this from dropping on the dishes? It is a stainless steel sink two sides, two drains into one main.
Thanks

You can probably use a scrubbing pad and scrape off any loose spots. Never seen that happen before. Not sure what to put on it that will keep the rest on it.
