I have had my septic tank pumped. My laundry room is down stairs and has a new water saver comode installed in it. Whenever we spin the water out of the washer after a couple of times it will gurgle up into the comode. When it settles down it will flush ok and flushes ok the rest of the time.

I assume when it gurgles up into the toilet, you mean the toilet fills up with water. There might be a blockage somewhere in the sewerline. Probably try snaking it or hiring a plumber to check it out.
