I just watched an episode of Spice Up My Kitchen and noticed that they destroyed the current kichen cabinets wit sledge hammers. I guess they do that for affect. I know how to remove cabinets by unscrewing them and removing them from the room. If I don't want to recycle them myself, I donate them to Habitat fr Humanity. Just a green thought.
