Well, of course, it isn't free. Free would be recieving it without any effort. You usually have to do trial offers for things and sign up for this and that. Same thing for anything else thats "free" on the internet, like laptops or PCs.
I wanted you all to know there is such a program. i live on li and it is with lipa and honeywell. i got my new refrigerator on friday. its for real and it was free. you needed to make 52,500 for family of 2 or less.
