I would like to get rid of the lower kitchen cabinets and convert them into drawers. I would be reusing the existing cabinet frame and we would be making new face plates. Not quite sure of steps to begin.
Lee Valley Tools in Canada (I'm from Vancouver) has a dual slide that attaches to the bottom of cabinets to convert cuboards to sliding drawers. You could attach the existing cabinet door to the front of the slide if you wanted to keep the existing cabinets, or make new fronts that would attach as well. Murray
