If you want your dishrack, cutting board, and resudual SS tray off the counter, you can put them in a cabinet under the counter where trays and other such useables go. This HOT product costs five to ten time any other dishrack, anyway. Besides, if dishes are drying on it, you can't cut on it or stackup whatever on it, and vice versa. You'll most likely have to use them separately, and avoid cutting a hole in the stone. So the drain tray stays lovely, I recommend a vinyl or rubber placemat. This way you avoid daily washing of this high-care tray. As for me, I would rather BE the high-care babe myself, than the one caring for the high-care tray.
