we are remodeling after hurricane katrina, and have decided to go with stained concrete floors throughout the house (2000 sq ft) we have been on the internet and have seen many ways, can you suggest anything to us, maybe a dvd we can order or something we can download off the internet? We want to start this project ourselves this month, so that the rest of the remodeling can continue smoothly, yeah right! Any information would be helpful.

I am a fan of SkimStone. I have tried and use several out there but have found this to be the easiest to learn and use. It is an overlay system that goes on in micro thin layers and has the look of a Venetain plaster when dry. They do have a free DVD available. Two places that carry the products www.fauxbykathy.com www.skimstone.com
