im in a very strict condo building with a tough HOA....

i currently have carpet and want to put in hardwood floors...HOWEVER, the floors must be tested and have a sound proof standard to meet FIIC 52 (whatever that means).....

ive been told that this has been tried many, many times but never achieved...

cost is no option...to a degree...what if anything out there can help me guarantee to the board and pass a test to meet or exceed these standards....THANKS
