The freon pipe from outside has excessive sweating. It is insulated, but when you pull back the insulation it is so wet it drips. The air inside is cooling fine. Is there a problem?

No problem at all. The same thing is happening inside the coil in the blower area. Things are working fine. Just be sure that the insulation where you can see it inside the house is sealed with no openings. Otherwise the condensate dripping will occur in the home where you do not want it to happen.
