I have a 35 year old Lennox natural gas furnace and am looking to upgrade. (Woefully inefficient) I live in MA, in a 2000 sq. foot cape, and was wondering what I should plan on spending to have a new higher efficiency unit installed? Also, does it make sense to add central air at the same time? Ballpark cost on that? Thanks all!
