OK. I have a oil furnace with radient heat on one zone and base board heating on zone 2. I can not get the baseboard heat to turn off. I though it was the thermostat and tried replacing it but that doesnt seem to work. any ideas?

Also the thermostat has only 3 wires..black white and green..i always thought thermostats had more. What kind of thermostat should i buy for something like that?

Is the water flow controlled by a single circulator pump with 2 zone valves or does the system have 2 circulator pumps?
