The size of my master Bath is 10 X 5 (pretty small). We are planning a renovation and instead of using a regular tub, we are planning on a 60" X 32" whirpool tub and on a very contemporary look using a vessel sink and a modern toilet. We expect to sell our townhouse in two years. Do you think this renovation will raise the value of our home considerably?

Usually, bathroom and kitchen renovations are the two projects that yield the greatest return when selling a property. Depending on what type of floor you have as well as the wall treatments, you may want to consider updating these as well. Replacing linoleum or vinyl with tile really makes a statement, especially when you have new fixtures as well.
