We have a VERY badly cracked basement wall. I know it is going to have to be replaced. We live on a hill and my nextdoor neighbors will soon be digging into the hill to build a garage. When they do this I want to have my wall replaced. It makes sense to have both done at the same time since the digging will be feet from my wall and any digging they do will further the crack damage.
The wall is about 15 ft long, 2 story home, 7 ft below grade, can anyone tell me what I am looking at as far as cost here in St Paul Mn? I just need a ballpark figure. I have called people to come out but either they don't show or I hear "we don't do that" The neighbors are having a hard time getting people in too. I need to have enough ** put aside to pay for it when he does get his garage going. HELP?????

I can only let you know what the average is in OHIO, Depending on how hard of a dig it is, and not taking into account the garage being built next door. You should expect to pay around $175-225 per foot.
