Hello, i would like to lay Ceramic tiles and carpet in my basement.. however, there are some areas where the concrete foundation of my basement is not exactly leveled... can someone please tell me what is the best way to level off the basement floor before laying carpet and tiles.. i would rather not install a plywood subfloor...

thanks

Chris
