We had a mason pour a concrete slab over an exisiting slab and add an additional 6 feet to give us six feet of exterior 'patio'. We started building a room but now have a problem - the rain water flows towards the pressure treated sill plate - even though we have caulked - it still runs into what we had hoped to be our new addition.
