I see alot of complaints/problems with Superior Walls on the web... mostly that HQ does not respond/get involved with problems with the installers. Have any of you reported them to your Better Business Bureau or your Attorney General?

imo, AG would be best, may take awhile but to me, thats where they may get real help

imo, lol, BBB won`t do much-anything, may post 'some' complaints on their website etc especially against a company who is NOT a BBB member, my 2 cents

Sorry, but if Superior walls had been the standard for a hundred years, and someone invented concrete block walls, we'd all be hailing them as...ummm...superior. Personally, I don't like depending on caulked joints below ground, and if one ever wanted to modify the wall, it would be either extremely difficult or impossible.

Bob Villa's website has several postings. This site has some too. Also, you can go to the BBB's website but you have to search under the individual installer names. There are several more on private chats and "blogs" that I cannot list. If you are an installer, I'm surprised that Superior HQ has not notified it's installers of some of these issues to ensure they don't happen. That is extremely careless. Of course, based on the threads, you can see that Superior does not appear to care about the end user anyway. If Superior is an honest company, as an installer, I'm sure you could call them and ask about the complaints they have received. I'd hope that installer would be required to report complaints (especially by BBB) to HQ for consistency purposes. Obviously would hurt those intstallers who do right by the customer. HOpe you do. The foundation is everything. It's sad that some installers would pay more attention to a scratch on a car than they would an innocent family's home.
