Hello. I have been looking everywhere and have not been able to find much of anything on this issue. So here it is.

We live in a house by a wash that is about 15 - 20 ft from a corner of our house. THat corner is aprroximately 1 in lower than the rest of the house. It has made our front door unlevel as well causing bad gaps that are driving up our electric bill. My wife and myself are trying to find information on how we can go about having it leveled so we can fix the erosion issue so that this does not happen again.

Ideas we have had to fix erosion have been anywhere from wooden retaining walls to brick walls. Supposidly the city has the paving of the the washes on a schedule and the wash by us is not going to be done for awhile. We are planning on getting gutters put up as soon as the house is level again as well. Is there anything we can do to have them speed up the process so that we do not have to build our own walls? Thank you in advance for any and all information.
