i am constructing a 26x32' home with a floating slab design, however i am inexperienced with this procedure. Anybody know of a website showing the guidelines for installing a floating concrete slab? also i want to install infloor heating, but don't know how to go about it. any assistance with that would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what is meant by a "floating" slab...slabs don't float, they bear on something, either the earth or on foundations. If what you're thinking of is radiant heat in the slab, be sure it's compatible with any wood flooring you might install, and follow the manufacturer's directions (the manufacturer of the tubing that is embedded in the concrete).
