About 4 or 6 months ago I Saw on your TV show a double plastic bubble type of covering one would install outside said basement window that would prevent water from entering the structure when said window was left open and would also allow more light into the structure. I would like to know how to get this product and its name. I've checked with home depot but all they have is a single plastic convex cover but this was not what I saw on TV, Hope you can help me out. I also think this unit opens.
