Being a Real Estate professional for over 25 years I would like to comment on "Everdry of Rochester". This is the biggest waste of money on Earth. Save your money or better yet give the cost to a deserving charity.

Reason why: it's a one-size-fits-all "solution" for a problem that more than likely has never been properly diagnosed. and in almost all cases of wet basements, the problem is outside and therefore the only solution is going to be...you guessed it...outside.

PG 7,8 Everdry concedes that it violated Indiana law by engaging in franchise operations in Indiana prior to filing an IND registration...
If Everdry had a proper registration on file at the time the consumer complaints were received, many of the jurisdictional questions would have been answered by the contents of that registration...
Justice would not be served by allowing out-of-state actors who adversely affect our citizens to reap benefits within our state while at the same time violating our laws and then attempting to use those violations as a jurisdictional escape hatch.
PG 2,3 The consumers reported they were experiencing wet and deteriorating basements and were not receiving the services promised in the warranties
