i thinking about building a house, never done this before but i have done some renovation and like working with my hands and for myself. the decision to build myself is primarily due cost to high have it built for me and everybody seems to think i need something way bigger than i want. the house should be around 1200 sq ft. i like the wood framing but the more i read about the steel framing, i like. any suggestions....
