I have a single story block house on a concrete slab foundation. The first heavy rain I vacuumed 10 gallons of water from the slab in the corner of the garage where the AC unit sits up. I took out the drywall and the second heavy rain noticed water coming up through the slab where there is calking around the two AC pipes. I calked this area and still had a leak. Outside around the AC unit I have a border and stones. I removed the border so the water can move better. I dug up along the house and seen a void so I placed sakrete below the stucco line. I had one inch of rainfall today and noticed some small drips and small puddle around the pipes inside the garage. It seems to me the water is following a void from the pipe trench beneath my house and forcing its way through the calking. I don't want to install the drywall until I have permanently stopped the water. Any suggestions on plugging this area to prevent future problems?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Paul

You may have correctly identified the problem...water can indeed flow underground along pipelines, and it may be that the water is simply following your refrigeration piping into your garage. Exactly what the cure is, I don't know. I think it may require actually seeing all the conditions that might contribute to the problem.
