Probably not, depending on the size and location of the crack. Take a Sharpie and mark the crack on both sides at a fairly wide point, and measure between your Sharpie marks. Keep a record of this measurement, and measure it again every month. That way, you will see if it's growing. Also take a straightedge and lay it perpendicular to the crack, and feel for any displacement from one side to the other.
Is it by any chance starting from the corner of a square or rectangular sump pit opening?
