Our home was built in 1949, we've been here for 19 years and are still trying to figure out how to stop the moisture problem. It was originally thought that the moisture on the floors was condensation, but we are convinced that the problem stems from no moisture barrier when the house was built. What can we do to eliminate this problem?

If your guess is correct, then there aren't many alternatives other than to remove the floor and place a vapor retarder, and pour a new floor.
