we bought a two story home that was built in 1902. we bought this home because of location close to aging parents. we are trying to remodel but the foundation is built of red brick. the floors are bouncy and uneven. it feels like it's getting worse every day. i have tried to have a contractor come and tell me if i came do the remodel i want and the price it would take to make the house look the way i want or should i just rebuild. the red brick is crumbling on the suppurt walls and the plating is gone. i am having a new roof put on this month. we don't know what to do.is this going to be an expensive venture. what should be my first step. what i would really love is for this old house come and repair my house with norm avery ha ha
