I'm looking for information and techniques on fireblocking walls in a finished basement. I've read some replies concerning it, but have not seen any examples. Can you direct me to a site that shows this, or create a video of it.

Hey gsp135,

Are you trying to fire block the whole wall or are you trying to fireblock the gaps between conduit pathways?

If it is just the gaps between pipes...go to www.graybar.com and ask for a firestop putty. 3m makes an excellent product.

I hope this was helpful.
