I've also tried unsuccessfully several times to enter the sweepstakes. Have tried not only from my e-mail link, but also directly on the website. No luck. Continues to show "Error on page" message. It's disappointing !!!!
We're currently experiencing a technical issue with the Product of the Day Sweepstakes. Please be assured that we're working on it and hope to have it back to full functionality very soon.
This particular issue with the sweepstakes has been going on since the procedure to log in was changed a couple months ago. It now takes repeated attempts to get to the final page of the entry system (usually at least 10 minutes, frequently longer). I emailed the website and was answered with the note that they had no problem logging in. The problem continues daily.
I've been having this problem for a few days now, when I get to the HGTVPro Prod. of the Day Sweeps the part that usually shows the products isn't there anymore no links no entry page nothing. What's the deal?

This problem still continues, several months since I first notified HGTVPro in November 2007 (and the problem with playing the sweepstakes had started in October).
