I am no longer able to enter the product of the day sweepstakes since lastweek. I can get it to open by going through the sweepstakes link at top of page then enter now. I can view the products but when I try to enter to win..it does nothing and I have even tried to enter to win previous products and this does nothing also. From honepage product of the day sweepstakes unplugged worked for me before last week. I tried reinstalling Adobe Flash but it still does not work. Looking at Adobe Flash support there has been a change to something about developers using javascript or geturl? Help me please..I would like to be able to win something sometime soon
I too have not been able to enter the daily contest. I cannot find an email address to let them know there is a problem either. That is one of the most frustating problems I have with some web sites. They should all be required to have a link to contact someone when you have problems. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO ENTER BY USING FIREFOX INSTEAD OF INTERNET EXPLORER, HOWEVER I MUCH PREFER IE. IF ANYONE FROM HGTV READS THESE, PLEASE FORWARD A MESSAGE TO YOUR IT PEOPLE TO GET THIS FIXED---- BEING FRUSTRATED DOES MORE HARM TO YOUR PUBLIC THAN THE GOOD OF CONTESTS COULD DO NORMALLY.

STILL not able to join in the Product of the Day Sweepstakes using either the link that is sent to me or by going into the site itself. I'd like to give a kick in the arse to your IT people, this has been going on for too long. Kinda makes it unfair if people can't enter the sweepstakes you have!

I too am very unhappy about not being able to enter the sweepstakes for the past couple of days what is up with this site. Is anybody doing anything to correct the problem?
Days?? I haven't been able to access this contest for several WEEKS. I would think that bright IT minds would just take this section of the site down and rewrite it, that would be better than these constant hassles. This is hardly the image that a *ahem* PRO website wants to give the public???

This problem with the sweepstakes has been occurring since October 2007, and is continually getting worse. Several of us have written to HGTVPro, and have not received a factual answer.
One full week of all new products I couldn't access, and I would really love to have the opp to win that arbor. *sigh* Is ANYONE paying attention to this ongoing problem???

You keep sending links for new products,yet none of them work. I haven't been able to enter this "daily' sweepstakes for WEEKS. I have missed out on at least three whole rounds of products, can't use the link, can login to the site and enter that way either. I've dealt with VIRUSES that were less frustrating than this!!! For Pete's sake, don't you HAVE and IT department??

I can't enter the sweepstakes either. I just wonder how many of us have windows Vista. It could b the problem. Vista has issues and I have found I can't access a lot of things on the net with it.
It's not Vista, I don't have Vista and have the same problem. You CAN enter every day, just can't pick the prize you want. Just go to the Rules and scroll down and you can enter. But this is ridiculous... I'm gonna write to HGTV....
I love the idea of this sweepstakes but as of Sat., Memorial Day weekend, I am not able to enter through the sweepstake home page. I have to click on the RULES page, scroll down, and click to enter through that web site. Let's hope the matter is being worked on as I am sure the sponsers want happy viewers and customers!
I on Windows XP and have had a problem entering Product O T Day for weeks. There is definatly something wrong with that web site. Most days after trying 2 or 3 times I give up.
Please see multiple posts for this problem on different message boards on this website.They are not all in one place! Several of us have written to HGTVPro with no good responses from them. It's been working fine for me for about a week now. Although after I wrote to them and told them to get a webmaster who knows what they are doing, they sent me one back saying how to enter through the 'Rules' page, which I figured out two weeks earlier~ Anyway, the regular way is working for me now.
Found a way to enter! Fill in your info, then wait until the ad for Lowe's (with the coins spilling out) ends or pauses then quickly hit giveaway. Then QUICKLY hit a project and then hit the button. You are in!
