I think I have managed to communicate a problem with the website without having to use the U.S. Mail. I clicked on Feedback and was taken to a page that gave me a choice of several topics (in this case Technical Issues or Problems) and a choice of asking a question or making a comment. After I submitted the question, I received an e-mail that indicated that my question would be forwarded to customer service. We will see what happens. Perhaps I will get a reply from customer service.

No matter how many times you send a message about not being able to log on to the sweepstakes you get the same message that they will forward your comments to customer service.
Customer service never responds.
Ask for your password to be sent to you and then use the link provided to get to the sweepstakes entry page. That has worked for me.
