How do you handle clients who want to be involved in every aspect of the project? You know the kind: the guy who's always looking over your shoulder or second guessing how you did something. How do you get your work done without losing a lot of time?

I generally find that when I have some one like that that
1) they are either insecure and need reassurance or
2) used to being in control of everything

So I start by making sure that they understand what we have agreed to do, exactly how long its going to take(and I usually give them worst case scenerios on it-people like it when you finish in their minds early but just cant seem to get a handle on delayed supply),why something is done a particular way and I give
essentially a daily report to them....Yah it takes time but building a positive relationship will help further down the road. And there aresome that will always be in your face... they can't help it its just part of their nature
i fyou cant stand the heat get out of the contract.
