I'm a little confused. According to my results, I had 16 points the first week and 16 points the second week, but the totals are showing me with only 16 points.

Can someone help?

I have question about the totals as well. In week 7 I picked all 13 games but was credited with picking only 5. who do you contact for questions like these?

I also had issues at one point and sent an email to request that the information was reviewed and corrected. The score was updated within a few days.
