Hello,

My son and I live in a duplex, within a Rural Housing Development.

The Owner's have filled each door with putty wood filler and stained them with various color stains throughout the years to maintain them, instead of replacing them when they've become hideous.

Unfortunately, due to our disabilities, we are on a limited income, and cannot alter the actual dwelling, nor it's components.

Therefore, we are looking for stylish ways to cover, (or decorate), the bedroom and bathroom doors, and always open to ideas for wall coverings. Our apartment is less then 900 square feet, so not much room to work with...

Any help is appreciated! Roll Eyes

Melissa

Why not just paint them? I have moved 24 times and rented or owned 1/2 the time. Most interior doors were painted. I don't think doors need to be decorated.

Painting is always a good idea. You could also add wood trim to create a designer door...more diminsional.

I was looking through a "mural" book at the wallpaper store recently & saw door-size murals/posters. There are some amazing mood- setting choices.
