Tell me (us) why this wouldn't work. I see ad for garage/barn kits in many DIY stores.I saw a cape Cod style with an open loft. Why couldn't I make a few changes and use the 36 X 28(whatever)kit for a home shell?If I wish I could finish the inside to meet house needs, use an open floor plan with 2bdr enclosed with 2 bath enclosed as well.I can do a lot of different things to the inside,to please me and my wife. admrilbubba@yahoo.com
