i would like to do this for privacy reasons and i am wondering if it is even do-able or a good idea. my glass patio door is approx. 108' and since i have two of them i want to get rid of one and add a another wall to my living room.
any suggestions? please?

Be sure that your room has sufficient natural ventilation to conform to the building code. Most codes require at least 4% of the floor area of the room in natural ventilation area.
