I am in the process of changing a closet into a wine cooler....need info on cooling systems and insilation.

Anyone have ideas?

There are several manufacturs of cooling units for this, the most important thing to remember which is often overlooked is proper construction of the room. It must be properly sealed with a vapor PROOF vapor barrier and enough insulation to prevent any condensation from forming. If for any reason later on you decide to turn this off. Be sure to keep the door open and ventilate well. Like a refridgerator, the inside of the closet will mold over quite quickly.
Check on the internet, there are many companies that can provide the necessary materials in kit form for this project.
