I need space saving dual purpose type beds for 7 rooms in my hotel. Fold-out couches just don't cut it and aren't durable enough to stand up to what people put them through. One suggestions was a "Murphy bed" that can move verticle as a shelf, does anyone know where I can get more info on these OR better yet have some better ideas.

I have the wallbed.com unit. With this unit you just buy the hardware and you, or your contractor, builds the frame and trims it out to match your surroundings. You can see mine at CraftsmanRemodel.com. Look at the Library/Guest Bedroom page in the Photo Gallery.

I bought a Murphy bed a few months ago from Old Creek Wall Factory, and was incredibly pleased with both the quality construction and design of the unit. I've noticed my guests are typically surprised because it looks like an armoire. I purchased the Hudson wall bed unit and most people are truly fooled and try to open the faux doors.
