With the recent tax incentives, rebates and loan programs that have become available, many builders, remodelers and homeowners are "getting off the fence" when it comes to improving home efficiency. What about you?

Question:
Are you planning to make any home energy-efficiency improvements this year?

Choices:
Definitely! Getting back 30% of the cost is a huge incentive!
Probably, but I'm still concerned about the economy.
I'd like to, but I don't know if I'll be able to do it this year.
No, I can't afford it.
No, I'm not convinced that it's worth it.

I'm hoping to redo the insulation and maybe add some solar stuff. Convincing my wife that it's a good idea is going to be the hard part.

good choice on insulation. if you're considering any heating and cooling improvements, we're seeing people upgrading to ultra high efficiency equipment for the same price as standard efficiency equipment. Federal tax credits and local utility rebates are making that more possible than ever this year.

Gee, you know, an unscrupulous spammer, marketer, or scammer could use this undocumented feature to post a salespitch as the most recent message on every sub-board.

Let's see.........., no I guess I really don't have anything I need to sell.

sorry about that, i was actually only giving the link as we have a lot of information on our website about it. it isn't spam, we're a state-based company. we would have no interest in "marketing" on a national level. thanks, though, for input.

also, I didn't know it was on every sub-board. I just saw it on the foundation forum, which is the only one i visit.

That wasn't a poke at you, jtd1216. I emailed support as soon as I saw how the first response to the poll behaved but haven't heard anything back and they obviously haven't fixed it yet.
