I am looking for some good Home Plans for a new house that I intend to build. Are there any online credible resources for good home plans / house plans / blueprints. I don't mind purchasing one, if it is worth it.
Hey there! I would suggest taking a look at www.slhouseplans.com. It has some unique house plans and it would definitely suit your southern style.
The site may also help you decide which type of house you want to go for. But, once you decide that, you can select from different styles of housing .. A-Frames, Bungalows, Cape Cods, Chalets, Colonial style homes, Farmhouses, Federal/Georgian, Southern style homes and many more.
You can also custom design your house. I think the plans are quite a good buy.
Hello! From personal experience I purchased a construction set from Houseplans.com and actually got to speak with Lee B. when I had questions about changing things on the plans. Very helpful and even emailed me when I had more questions. GOOD LUCK!
Hey Richard, I found another great site that might help you. Check it out at www.houseplancentral.com

You should check out http://www.regionalhomeplans.com. They specialize in engineered stock and custom home plans. They are very reliable and are really good at what they do.
AVID Home Studios Collect of House Plans is a great resource. AVID creates residential home designs that reduce construction time and material cost for builders and developers.
