I'm considering using the ThermaStructure product for the exterior framing of my new house. Has anyone had experience using this product? If so, I would appreciate your comments, pros/cons.
Thanks!

The website can do it more justice than I could.

Just took a quick look at the website. Not much detailed structural information there. Load capacities shown are for axial loading only. What about bending? Maybe I'll look again. Personally, I don't like expanded polystyrene in construction - it's like coffee cup material. Breaks very easily. Extruded polystyrene is better.
I would very research very deeply into this if you were to move forward and build your house out of this. Start with a shed or garage. Better yet, let a neighbor do it first.

why arent panel manufacturers using polyurethane insulation? better r value per inch and probably more flexible than eps.

I have used structural pre-insulated panels for years and think that is the way to build, very strong, energy eficient building with little to no waste. Please check out EnerLoc Building Systems. www.enerloc.com
