I am looking for either free or low cost garage plans that have a 8 12 pitch, and I'd like to have the pitch not run lengthwise. Dimensions are 19 X 24 ft. accomidating 2 cars. Anyone have any links or ideas??? Thanks! Smiler

Are you planning on building the garage yourself? If not most steel building contractors will design your garage for free, they will design it to your specifications.

Many architects will be happy to design your garage exactly the way you want it, for very low cost. I suspect there are a few details in your plan which would be custom items, and you're not likely to find exactly what you want or need in stock plans.

Have you tried one of the box stores? Lowes or Home Depot? They sometimes have plans for free provided you buy the materials from them. You don't get to customize the size, but you do get some choices on finish materials, etc.

I may be able to help, define "low cost"? Like $75 - $100 something?
