I have a very unique house in that it sits sideways on the lot. At one time it was a ranch house that sat about 100 yards from the road. The area was developed and when new roads were added, my house which sat on an east/west street now sits on a north/south street, so I am in search of curb appeal and I also want to possibly add a bar/game room. The problem I have is that I never seem to be able to find the people with the ideas that I see on the TV show... where are all the creative "experts"???

Try checking the yellow pages, asking friends, nosing around new construction you like the looks of. Good luck!

You may want to look at photos of homes in Southern California. Most of the newer homes are built on very narrow lots. You may get some ideas from them.
