RazzerHello Everyone, I was wondering if I am the only person having a problem with the new way you have to login and enter the product of the day sweeps? I loved the old way, if it aint broke, dont fix it. Now I cant even enter the contest, it just says connecting all the time and never gets to the entry page. I hate the new setup, please change it back.

I have also been unable to enter since they changed the entry page. It keeps sending me to the register page, even thought I've been registered and entering for 2 years. I've also been waiting for a "confirmation" email when I try to re-register.

You're DEFINITELY NOT ALONE. Since the entry page changed, I have been unable to enter as well. Too bad HGTV doesn't have a "feedback", or "talk to us" email address. Guess they don't care about us.

I finally was able to enter using the M$ abortion called IE7, which I hardly ever use for anything unless all other browsers fail. There are a few web designers who haven't crawled out of the M$ cave yet, and refuse(or simply don't have the brains) to make their sites work in Mozilla/Netscape. Maybe HGTV just got tired of awarding prizes! If you can't enter, you sure as **** can't win!! Of course, M$ may be paying them to make the entry site inacessible to anything but IE7 - they've been known to do such things before! Oh well, good luck, guys - try IE7. My own personal view is(DON'T READ this if you're easily offended) - **** these *******s and the jackass they rode in on!! Have a nice, everyone! Mad

I also haven't been able to enter or even log-in since they changed the site. Couldn't even open adverts which must be a first. I really don't want to install IE7 just to enter this! It was working just fine with Safari since it started.
I have sent 2 emails but they only have an automated response which basically tells you they'll get back to you---someday---. Sent the first one when this problem started and haven't seen any response. Can't understand why they had to 'fix' something that wasn't broken--very frustrating.

I had to re-register just to post. Still can't do anything else. About MS--I hope that's not true but it seems as though the rather ambiguous term
'free market' now means monopoly, and not just in the MS arena but across the spectrum. You have to wonder, though. Surely in this day a web-designer
could do a lot better than this with his eyes closed. A real web-designer anyway.

oh, you're not the only one with this problem. So you need a Wintel machine running IE7 to access it, eh?

That's really STUPID of HGTV. Maybe they also supply the trades with all the incompetent ******* contractors that do terrible jobs.

Funny how it says welcome sidney. on top of page, and then still won't let me enter contest. The site will not recognize my info and keeps asking for the same name-web-address-etc. what a pain! I thought this was fixed as of a day or two ago, Guess Not!

Please see my posts and those of many other people concerning this topic. You will have to look at several links, all regarding communication, product of the day, sweepstakes, etc. This problem has been going on continuously for several months.
