LOL Somehow I do not think that is the case.
My issue was I used to get daily posts emailed to me. I checked my profile and its still set that way. But for the past week I have not seen any come in. I suppose I should check my spam settings but I do not think that is the issue either.
Oh well.

I think traffic on this site as a whole seems to be down over the past few months.

It's that "Michael Thomas" guy...people are scared to come on the site with him lurking in the shadows all the time. Smiler

I think part of it is because people are still having trouble signing in due to problems with the javascript forms. I also think that's why Michael Thomes stays signed in all the time too. I'd like to see the hit counts since they 'upgraded' their web experience.

The only problem with that theory is that I haven't won Product of the Day yet.

I have tried FOREVER to enter the sweepstakes and very RARELY can get the submit button to work. I have decided that HGTVPro does not care enough about contractors and builders who would like to participate in the sweepstakes.

Their customer/member care department is INCREDIBLY lacking in service. When members have to deal with a poorly run website that has incomplete links and failures, traffic goes down and members decide to go somewhere else. There is plenty of competition from other websites so HGTV/Scripps needs to get back on their toes or realise that their reputation for customer service is a BAD reflection on their whole organization.

Why bother messing with it when you are dealing with a company/website administrator who cares so little...? There are plenty of other product sweepstakes that care more, so - I guess I will just start going to them (and it seems like plenty of others have decided to do the same).
